Summary
Lens with a super-wide 110° angle of view, which is virtually distortion-free and produces sharp images right to the edge. The optical calculation of version III improves the angle of the incident light to avoid color shifts at the edge of the image. Outstanding contrast and resolution right into the corners of the image, even at maximum aperture. Whether for capturing magnificent landscapes or places where you can’t take a step back, this lens captures breathtaking images with a sense of infinity. The extremely large depth of field means that you almost no longer need to focus. At a focus setting of 2 m and an aperture setting of f4.5, everything from 0.9 m to infinity is in focus; at a focus setting of 1 m and an aperture setting of f8, everything from 0.5 m to infinity is in focus.
