These 1980s Russian cinema lenses were specifically designed for the Super 35mm format, standing apart from rehoused still photo lenses. Notably, these lenses were among the best produced in Russia during that era and continue to impress today. Wide open, they exhibit a lower contrast, creating flattering images with a beautiful bokeh and slight highlight bloom.
