Fujinon Cabrio XK 20-120mm T3.5
Summary
XK6x20 is a zoom lens for cinema camera that offers high optical performance compatible with 4K cameras and covers a wide range of focal length from 20mm to 120mm. It also realizes T3.5 brightness in the entire zoom range. There is no T drop and it offers comfortable operation. Various scenes can be shot with this single lens. “XK6x20” is equipped with detachable drive unit for electric zooming and focusing which is popular function with existing products. It also features 0.8mm gear pitch for compatibility with standard accessories.

Type I (old): Fujinon above 19-90, servo says SAF, S/N on FER
Type II (new): 19-90 above Fujinon, servo says SAFB, S/N on iris ring
iris only: 3 hrs.
slip focus scale: 1 hr.
remove beauty ring, FER (lifts off towards front), and nitotape holding scale to focus cam (mark before removing focus scale completely)
C/A front optics only: 4 hrs.
Adjust zoom curve:
0.003“ is about 75 microns, I think the mid range spec for the 1st gen 19-90 was about 30 microns. I would try overhauling the zoom cam first (cleaning/changing grease and rollers) and try to bring down this error. If unsuccessful there are spacer washers under the first zoom cell that can be changed. On our collimator if the error is positive we add spacer thickness, if negative we subtract.
